OC's Hannes Girgis is once again offering high quality, custom-fitted mouth guards for our players this season. Cost is $45, payable by cash at the Old Firehall on Sunnyside Ave. The fit of a custom mouth guard is far superior to any boil-and-bite or off-the-shelf model. They provide better protection, are more comfortable to wear, are more durable and come in a variety of solid or multi-colours. If you have other children or neighbours who play hockey, rugby or ringette, they are also welcome. In order to avoid lining up for too long, please try to attend as follows:
