Dear Managers/coaches;
We have scheduled Tuesday April 30 and Thursday May 2, 7-8pm as jersey return nights at the Brewer equipment room where you picked them up in the fall.
If you wish to keep your goalie equipment over the summer there is no charge for doing so. Send an email to goalieequipment@ocmha.ca to indicate that you are keeping the equipment.
Please ensure that all your teams jerseys are laundered, have the name plates carefully removed and that they are folded neatly and placed in the bin that you were provided, in pairs, in numerical order. Please make sure that you have all the jerseys given to your team in the fall. Kindly do not use any hangers as these damage the jerseys.
Please have the completed sheet that was provided to you at the beginning of the year placed on top of the clean, numerical paired and ordered jerseys. The sheet should indicate whether there are any missing/damaged jerseys, and in such a case, please bring this to our attention at the time of drop-off so that we can follow-up.
