Jersey Bin and Goalie Gear Return 7-8pm Wed May 3 & Fri May 5
Dear Managers/Coaches;
We have scheduled Wednesday May 3 and Friday May 5, 7-8pm as jersey return nights at the storage room at Brewer Arena.
Please ensure that all your team's jerseys are laundered, have the name plates carefully removed and that they are folded neatly and placed in the bin that you were provided, in pairs, in numerical order. Please make sure that you have all the jerseys given to your team in the fall. Kindly do not use any hangers as these damage the jerseys.
Please have the completed sheet that was provided to you at the beginning of the year placed on top of the jerseys. The sheet should indicate whether there are any missing/damaged jerseys, and in such a case, please bring this to our attention at the time of drop-off so that we can follow-up.
If a player has not returned their jerseys please ensure the parents know that they are responsible for the replacement cost ($100).
Also, any sortout jerseys and pinneys as well as goalie gear can be returned at this time too.
