Follow up on team fees and additional items for purchase

Hi,

As a follow up to my email from last weekend, Erika (Zander's mom) has volunteered to book the team into some tournaments to secure a spot but in order to do so we will require everyone's team fees please.

I'll be at the game and team lunch today if you would like to provide me with a cheque (payable to Stephanie Gauthier). You can also send an email transfer (stephmgauthier@gmail.com) for $190. Thanks to those who have already sent their funds. 

Additionally, Stef (Blake's mom) has vollunteered to coordinate the purchase of the following add-on items:

Team Socks: $28/pair (1 pair matches both the home and away jersey)
Namebars: $14/pair (1 for each jersey)
Sewing of namebars: $7

*All of the above items are optional add-ons.

You may be aware that we will have new jerseys this year which the association has cautioned us to treat with great care. Namebars must be sewn on (iron-on or double sided tape will not suffice). 

If you are adding any of these items to your transfer/cheque, please provide details on which items you would like to purchase and add the appropriate amount.
