Coaches Reminder: Game Incident Reports & Affiliates Register/Reporting

2023-11-22

OCMHA teams are responsible to enter all game incident reports (GIRs), such as misconducts, into the TTM system within 24 hours of any game incident, as well as registering/reporting affiliates.

OCMHA Coaches:

We want to remind you that you or your team manager have a responsibility to enter all game incident reports (GIRs) such as misconducts into the TTM system (see below) within 24 hours of any game incident, as well as reporting games served, and when affiliated players play in games.  Failure to do this could result in you being suspended.

We recommend that you review the game sheet after every game, and especially if you suspect a player may have a suspension from a scrum, etc at the end of a game.  Best to reach out to risk and safety < riskandsafety@ocmha.ca > for clarification immediately.

All Bytown and HEO teams are required to use a portal called Total Team Management (TTM) to manage affiliates and player/coach suspensions.  While the system is not exactly intuitive, the resources linked below should help you get registered and able to enter the info you may need do at some point in the season.  The affiliation rules do not apply to emergency goalie call-ups.

If you have any general questions send them to coach@ocmha.ca and for specific questions regarding TTM access or operation send them to ttm@districtbhockey.ca
